Regent Street

Regent Street

Regent Street is a neighbourhood with its own identity.  Perhaps best known as a luxury shopping destination, it is also a distinct office market of the West End - larger than each of the Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Paddington office markets.

Our offices are complimented by excellent public realm.  Pedestrianised streets such as Vine Street, Heddon Street and Glasshouse Street are filled with an exciting mix of restaurants, cafes, bars and hotels, making Regent Street an inviting place to spend time.

Office Direct Buildings

Regent Street - Regent Street Buildings

The Regent Street Office Direct portfolio is made up of 30 buildings, totalling 220,000 sq ft of office space and is home to around 400 small business customers.  The portfolio extends north from Piccadilly Circus almost to the BBC's Broadcasting House.

Regent Street - Transport

By far the most convenient way to travel to Regent Street is by public transport.  Oxford Circus and Piccadilly Circus underground stations both exit directly on to Regent Street and provide commuters with direct access to the Bakerloo, Victoria, Piccadilly and Central lines. London Bus numbers, C2, 12, 453 and 23 also cover both sides of the river.
