About us
Regent Street Office Direct is the team responsible for marketing and leasing of small offices (those up to 2,500 sq. ft.) within the Regent Street Partnership Portfolio. The portfolio, owned jointly by The Crown Estate and Norges Bank Investment Management, contains 400 small offices within 30 buildings located on, or very close to Regent Street.
Each year we complete more than 150 transactions, making us one of the largest suppliers of office space to small businesses in the West End.
We know our customers and understand their need for flexibility when it comes to office space.
