Covid-19 Notice

In light of the COVID-19 situation in the UK, the safety of our employees, customers and visitors remains our first priority. We continue to monitor the ongoing situation closely and are responding in line with the Government’s public health guidance, including introducing additional hygiene measures for our employees, customers and visitors to our offices.

We have implemented remote working arrangements for the majority of our employees and continue to operate with a business as usual approach where possible.

We are currently able to offer digital video links to our vacant properties as an initial step for customers who are keen to view space. We are now offerings viewings and will offer video tours where leasing agents can use Skype or Zoom to carry out viewings. If you are keen to proceed further and wish to physically attend an appointment, we will be able to arrange access for viewings on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday between 11am – 4pm.

Viewings will take place under strict requirements in line with Government advice and social distancing rules.

This will include:

• A maximum of two guests will be invited to the viewing
• All guests and staff will be required to attend wearing a face mask
• Hand sanitisers will be available in all of our vacant units and should be used on entering and exiting the building
• Viewings will be kept to a maximum of 15 minutes and any further discussions will be held outside of the office.
